Hybrid : Onsite 3 days a week (Zip 94089) / Remote 2 days a week
Part time : 20-25 hours per week
Requirements :
- Minimum of 4-8 years of experience with Project Management
- Experience with hardware and software within an operations or manufacturing environment
- Understanding of the backend manufacturing software / hardware
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to be a team player and ready to assist wherever needed
- Overall good communication and ability to work well with others
Note : It's a software project, but they're looking for hands-on hardware experience as well. Instead of only focusing on PMs, they are okay with someone in a site lead, manufacturing lead, or similar role that is now looking to move into a PM oversight role, but the manufacturing environment should be automated (NOT manual).
Essentially, we are moving away from traditional IT hardware - we need manufacturing hardware knowledge / exposure.Responsibilities :
- Identify and assess project issues and develop recommendations for solutions to meet productivity, quality, customer satisfaction goals, and objectives.
- Manage and monitor project schedule, timelines, and milestones from initiation to delivery to meet delivery goals.
- Coordinate departmental and / or cross-functional teams to assign and prioritize tasks.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentation, and will be required to present status and results to internal stakeholders and / or management.
- Assist with Sprint plannings.
