Requirements
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with data entry software and CRM systems.Experience in customer service, preferably within a medical office environment.Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus to effectively communicate with clients in healthcare contexts.Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
