THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION
Job Title : Project Coordinator
Job Description :
- Prepare project plan to manage schedule, cost and scope of the project
- Communicate with team, contractors, third party vendors, stakeholders to ensure successful completion of the project
- Update the status of the progress of project to stakeholders
- Perform risk management and formulate strategy to mitigate risks to project
- Manage resource assignment, work allocation, prioritization of operation project tasks
- Support and execute change management activities in project scope
- Manages the review and processing of consultant and vendor invoices and contractor requisitions
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Human Resource Management
- Proven ability working as part of a remote team.
- Must possess effective communication skills directly related to managing a remote team.
Additional Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience reviewing IDIQ opportunities to determine potential for pursuit.
- Experience conducting and / or participating in ISO audits.
Supervisory Responsibility : Yes
Clearance Requirement : Possess or obtains a Public Trust clearance and maintain the required clearance throughout the life of the contract.
Work Environment : Will provide oversight of a remote workforce across Arkansas, Tennessee, and Georgia. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
The role requires high speed internet and reliable telephone service.
Physical Demands :
Be capable of lifting and moving electronic equipment in up to 40lbs.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work :
This is a full-time position. Normal days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m. Workdays do not include working or conducting business on Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed closings.
Travel : May require occasional travel not to exceed 10%.
