Apple Autos is seeking a dedicated and experienced Automotive Parts Manager to join our team at CDJR.
In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the parts department, ensuring the availability of high-quality automotive parts, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee the daily operations of the parts department, including inventory management, ordering, stocking.
- Maintaining a well-organized parts warehouse and ensure parts are easily accessible.
- Supervise and train parts staff to ensure a high level of product knowledge and customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify parts that need restocking, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with parts suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide pricing and availability information, and process parts orders.
- Keep accurate records of parts transactions and maintain financial control over the parts department.
- Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize parts inventory and reduce excess stock.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in the parts department.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies or tools to enhance parts management efficiency.
- Perform other duties as required to meet the needs of the department and company.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding automotive environment.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to the automotive industry.
