Position Overview

The Informed Design Customer Success Specialist ensures high-quality product experience is delivered to customers as they learn, adopt, and use Autodesk's Informed Design workflows through virtual, in-person and on-demand content and interactions with the Adoption Team.

As a Customer Adoption and Content Specialist you will help ensure the success of our Customer Adoption team by supporting our customers' ability to adopt new industrialized construction technology at all levels of formal Autodesk engagement.

You will communicate product value appropriate for each prospect of Autodesk's solution and will lead the early stages of customer adoption activities including lead qualification, discovery and demo sessions and industry event support.

You will also oversee the content development practice for customers and partners, design integrated omni-channel audience-centric content plans, accomplish tasks to improve content, and collaborate across teams to improve content experiences that drive customer adoption and success.

This hybrid position will report into the Sr. Manager of Business Operations in either Denver, Colorado, Portland or Montreal.

Responsibilities

  • You will connect and engage with Informed Design customers to drive adoption for new technology and workflows virtually and in-person
  • Assist the Customer Adoption Specialists to roll out new Informed Design technology to our customers, to our partner network and internally across Autodesk
  • Communicate industrialized construction solutions to customers at different levels, including product demos
  • Help qualify new leads and opportunities for the Customer Adoption Specialists
  • Attend, support and partner with cross-functional team members at industry events worldwide
  • Use social media networks and public forums to build personal and Autodesk brand to establish credibility and promote solutions
  • Create, edit, and direct new public-facing content creation and improvements to increase consumption and findability of Informed Design support and learning content through digital channels
  • Ensure the right content is available to all users at the right time, by getting ahead of customers' demand, de-duplication of efforts, and content reuse

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experienced in building rules-based models using Inventor and iLogic
  • Industry experience in manufacturing
  • 2 years Customer Success / Account Management experience
  • Travel domestically and internationally, up to 20%

The Ideal Candidate

  • Knowledge of built asset lifecycle including Revit & BIM tools
  • Industry experience in Architecture, Engineering or Construction
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
  • Public speaker to both internal and external audiences
  • You have an analytical, solution focused, and practical approach, consideration of goals and concerned parties' priorities to achieve the right outcome for customers
  • A problem solver with a desire to do the best for our customers
  • You are a concise writer, editor, and content producer, comfortable with design tools to transform complex information into engaging customer engagements content

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $83,900 and $144,760.

Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
