- Handle incoming emails and / or calls from contractors, costing managers, and project managers regarding material shortages
- Liaise with ASD, Procurement, Distributors, Contractors, and Homebuilding as needed to facilitate material deliveries
- Recommend on-going best practices related to the call center
Qualifications
- 2+ years Administrative experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and an effective communicator
- High energy with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work effectively on a fast-paced team in a professional environment
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software
- Bachelors or Associates degree is a plus
- Customer Service experience is a plus
- Residential home building knowledge is a plus
