Position Overview :
We're looking for a Civil Site Project Manager to join our client's Civil Site Division. If you have a knack for creating due diligence reports, managing the production of construction plans, and designing stormwater drainage systems, this role could be a perfect fit.
Our ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude and experience in compiling construction documents and drainage reports.
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements :
- BS or MS in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Proficiency in basic AutoCAD design and drafting, plus a working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong understanding of the fundamentals of civil site development design.
- Experience in reviewing and developing stormwater quality and quantity design calculations, and storm technical information reports.
- Knowledge of utility design (potable water, gravity sewer, pressure sanitary sewer systems, etc.).
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
- Understanding of grading and earthwork calculations.
- Familiarity with construction and bid documents, including project specifications.
- Experience with HEC-RAS modeling is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits :
Compensation :
Salary : $135,000 - $175,000 per year, based on your education, qualifications, and experience.
