Site Development Project Manager Responsibilities
- Lead plan production of schematic and construction plans
- Complete due diligence reports
- Design stormwater drainage systems
- Conduct utility calculations for land development projects
Site Development Project Manager Requirements
- Bachelor in civil engineering
- PE preferred
- AutoCAD proficiency
- 10+ years of related experience in stormwater technical design, utility design, grading calculations, HEC-RAS modeling, etc.
