In this role, you’ll make a difference in the lives of people with substance abuse challenges, and often with co-occurring conditions.

The Office Assistant will provide support to the Associate Director and PE program managers. In this role you will perform various office duties which include but are not limited to;
data entry, data reporting, inventory, purchasing office and household supplies, arranging maintenance for the facility, and ensure compliance and safety are being met.
- Responsibilities : Maintain all required records and documentation needed for opening and closing in the billing system Performs Quality Assurance as it relates to data and record keeping Effectively work as part of a team, and verbalize areas of concern during weekly meetings with Program Manager(s) Attend all staff meetings, required agency meetings, and training unless excused Take minutes at the staff meetings Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed Responsible for always maintaining a clean environment Ensure confidential information is protected Perform daily / monthly / quarterly / and annual data entry in EHR systems Record, document, and monitor data on census and other program activities / Responsible for inventory control;
- ordering office, household, food supplies, etc. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team and staff members Assist Program Manager(s) with program presentations to providers;
schools, county providers, etc. as needed Other duties assigned by Program Manager(s). What will make you successful in this role?
Ability to use a computer; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database systems, write reports Knowledge of demographic data collection Safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI) Ability to manage time and prioritize Experience presenting programs and services in the community.
Ability to execute projects and measure results / impact Experience working with customers or clients that feel overwhelmed or in a crisis (crisis intervention) Experienced working with diverse populations and cultures Able to exercise good judgment and maintain healthy boundaries with participants.
Able to drive a 10-passenger van What else is required? AA degree or equivalent training / experience Two years working in a multi-faceted office, juggling various demands.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience maintaining inventory Experience working with staff, clients, consumers, vendors, etc.
