What you'll be responsible for :

Circle is looking for an exceptional Senior Accountant who will be a member of the consolidation team to support close package development, tracking and reporting of intepany activity and chart of accounts management and design.

What you'll work on :

• Supporting production of the monthly and quarterly financial reporting package to be sent to stakeholders across the organization in a timely manner.
• Track and report on all intepany activity and FX related impacts for financial reporting, board and capital management purposes.
• Ensure consolidation and elimination entries are reflected in aplete and accurate manner.
• Identifying process improvements and efficiencies for the close ensuring changes are implemented timely.
• Support the design, management and maintenance of the global chart of accounts and legal entity structures in ERP.
• Assist on other special projects as required including ERP and associated finance system implementations.

What you'll bring to Circle :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
• Big 4 or large regional firm experience preferred.
• Highly proficient in advanced excel functions.
• Understanding of the digital assets or FinTech industry is preferred.
• Organized, detailed, proactive, self-motivated, collaborative, multi-tasker, and creative.
• Excellent oral and writtenmunication skills.
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment is extremely important.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and ensure tasks arepleted timely.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with finance system implementations or integrations highly sought after.
• Experience / familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.

Base Pay Range : $102,500 - $137,500
