Marketing Coordinator

Love Communications’ mission is to drive results overnight and build brands over time. We're a full-service advertising and public relations firm with a passion for creativity, strategy, and innovation and we're looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to grow with us.

This role offers the opportunity to dive into the world of social media management, public relations, and digital strategy.

Responsibilities

• Social Media
• Partner with Social Media Supervisor to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for clients.
• Manage the production and execution of the social media editorial calendar.
• Create engaging content (text, images / videos) for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all social platforms and content follows brand voice, style and guidelines.
• Respond to and interact with users engaging on client social posts and ads, fostering positive interactions and addressing customer inquiries promptly, as needed.
• Coordinate influencer initiatives, including activation / strategy briefs, creator vetting, measurement structure and communications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to be incorporated into the social media strategy.
• Public Relations
• Work closely with the PR department to develop PR strategies and plans for various clients.
• Draft and distribute media materials (press releases, media advisories, etc.), as well as conduct media follow up / outreach.
• Assist with story pitches.
• Create and maintain media lists both locally and nationally.
• Cultivate relationships with media.
• Create monthly media coverage reports for clients using Meltwater.

Skills

• Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills for clear and engaging content.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
