LCS is actively seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team and help us achieve our sales goals. This role involves supporting our sales team in providing exceptional support and service to our extensive customer base.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Develop a firm understanding of the sales process
- Answer inbound phone calls and emails for the sales team
- Assist with customer interactions and inbound inquiries
- Answer routine questions about products and services
- Generate estimates and coordinate appropriate order paperwork with customers
- Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders
- Support various sales initiatives and activities to drive overall team success
- Update internal CRM as needed
Job Requirements :
- Excellent work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization
- High energy, integrity, and can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong organization and attention to detail skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1-2 years of prior administrative support experience, preferably in a sales environment
