About the Role :

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Gas Turbine Reverse Engineering Engineer to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll take ownership of inspecting and reverseengineering gas turbine components utilizing your expertise in NX CAD software and engineering solutions.

Your Mission :

• Conduct thorough inspections and measurements of existing gas turbine components to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings (NX CAD 3D modeling technical drawing).
• Utilize NX CAD software to design and develop engineering solutions for gas turbine components ensuring they meet or exceed original specifications (CAD design gas turbine engineering).
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to provide technical guidance during the production of reverseengineered components ensuring quality and precision (collaboration manufacturing processes).
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports engineering drawings and doentation for all reverseengineered components (technical writing reporting engineering doentation).

Core Competencies :

• Expertise in gas turbine design and reverse engineering.
• Proficiency in NX CAD software with strong ss in 3D modeling and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration ss for working with crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to prepare detailed reports and doentation for engineering projects.

What You Bring :

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 3 years work experience in Gas Turbine Engineering or a related field.
• Expertise in ANSIY14.5 dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Proficiency in NX CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel PowerPoint and Word.
• Due to the nature of the work US citizenship or a Green Card is required.

Certifications :

• NX CAD certification (preferred)
• Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred)

Education :

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• Masters degree in a related field (preferred)
