Role Summary :
As an ABA Therapist, you will provide high-quality, in-person therapy services to our clients in the Queens, NY area . This job requires a compassionate, dynamic individual who is committed to implementing customized therapy plans that address the unique needs of each client.
Working closely with our multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their developmental goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collect and record data on client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Engage clients in evidence-based learning and behavior modification techniques
- Provide guidance and support to families, educating them on ABA strategies
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards and regulations

Requirements
Job requirements :
- Ability to commute to / from Queens, NY - REQUIRED
- Must have valid ABA Therapy License / Certification
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to make learning fun and interactive, with the focus of the tutoring often determined by student questions and comments
- Ability to pass a background check if required
