Casting

Scouting and selecting the crème de la crème of talent, aligning them perfectly with our project visions and client dreams - we expect that you're able to navigate within our Creator database like a pro!Leading the charge in cost optimisation - negotiate like a legend, ensuring our content creation is as cost-effective as it is captivating.

Being the authority in contracting and maintaining a gold-standard creator database.Timeline & Budget Management

Making sure all milestones and deadlines are met within the agreed-upon scope of work.Managing and reconciling budgets like a pro, ensuring our projects are not just creative masterpieces but also financially savvy.Managing Active Projects

Being the maestro of product management and content delivery.Conducting meticulous reviews of campaign assets, being the critical link between brands and creators.

Keeping your finger on the pulse of creator feedback and experiences, driving ongoing engagement and always striving for better.

Working in tandem with our cutting-edge Product team, brainstorming ways to turbocharge our workflowPartnering up with the Client Service Manager for insightful Post-Campaign Analysis.

Together, we transform data into strategy!

you'll use tools like Intercom & Kyra Admin Portal to turbocharge our workflow, ensuring efficiency and innovation at every step.

you'll be the key communicator, liaising directly with clients.

To thrive in this role we think you'll need :

Proven Track Record : We're talking around 5+ years of experience in project management or creative production. You're not just experienced; you're a trailblazer!

TikTok Knowledge & a Passion for the Creator Economy :

Your world spins with TikTok trends and the buzzing creator economy.

Tech Wizardry and Organisation :

You're the person who, when faced with a cloud of ambiguity, can quickly create clarity and order. You turn chaos into organised success!

Intercom and Asana Whiz? Bonus Points! :

Fluent in Intercom and Asana? You're already speaking our language. These tools are important for achieving project mastery!
