Responsibilities
- Promote effective business processes and foster a high-performance culture through employee engagement and empowerment, leading the implementation of key business initiatives to meet customer expectations and drive commercial and operational excellence.
- Oversee the CT OEM Operations (2 Locations) with full P&L responsibility, guiding both organizations towards their performance and financial objectives as defined in the Company's annual profit planning process.
- Ensure the successful execution of a profitable growth strategy, expanding organic revenue by developing new customers and expanding product offerings, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and performance excellence.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Sales team to achieve profitable top-line revenue and market share growth, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual commitments.
- Lead businesses in achieving site goals, taking ownership of the annual profit plan and long-term growth plans for both sites.
- Lead businesses to consistently deliver results by fostering teamwork and collaboration, and building strong relationships.
- Build a motivated and dedicated management team, known for their intensity and professionalism, focused on achieving success.

- Achieve productivity and efficiency improvements through continuous improvement activities and application of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Effectively manage operating methods, budget utilization, resource allocation, labor efficiency, material scheduling, and capacity planning.
- Make informed decisions using data analytics, utilizing data to develop and implement plans.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a multi-site organization, with a leadership style based on emotional intelligence, and the ability to form collaborative teams and engage the workforce.
- Highly motivated individual thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- 10-15 years of P&L experience in the aerospace or general industrial manufacturing industry.
- Prior experience in commercial and sales management is required.
- Proven effectiveness in leadership and strong people management skills.
- Successful track record in implementing and executing strategies to establish and maintain a high-performance work environment.
- Solid experience in business development.
- Ability to integrate sales, operations, finance, logistics, and human resources to optimize site P&L performance.
- Effective change leader, capable of balancing consistency with flexibility and adapting to new information.
