JOB DESCRIPTION A Front Office Specialist is needed in South Houston (Missouri City, Sugarland, W. Bellfort) area!

  • Answer phone, greet clients
  • Complete emails, letters, communications
  • Must have computer knowledge for scheduling, travel and reservations
  • Fun loving, Energetic, Dependable, Flexible
  • Quick learner
  • Customer Service experience
  • Have strong attention to detail and have superb customer service skills
  • Ability to coordinate meetings and events as needed
  • Present with professional demeanor through appearance and verbal communication skills
  • Have an interest in expanding knowledge and growth
  • Be a fast learner, organized, motivated, committed and self-directed
  • Enjoy a role that is constantly expanding
  • Other duties assigned by management as needed.
  • Bilingual a plus (not required)
