IT Technician - LCR Imaging Specialist

Our client,, is seeking a skilled IT Technician to join their team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for computer imaging and deployment, utilizing the LCR (Load, Clone, Restore) methodology to create a standardized and consistent Windows 10 environment for all users.
Here's what you'll be doing :
- Leverage your expertise in LCR methodology to image, clone, and restore computers, ensuring all systems meet company-wide configuration and software installation standards.
- Utilize PXE booting and Microsoft Config Manager to streamline the imaging process and deploy Windows 10 operating systems efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with end-users to collect old hardware and deploy new equipment, minimizing disruption to their workflows.
- Maintain clear communication with the Logistics team via email, providing asset tags for old hardware to be removed and new equipment to be assigned.
To be successful, you'll have :
- Experience with computer imaging and deployment procedures, particularly using LCR, PXE booting, and Microsoft Config Manager.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with end-users and internal teams.
- A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills to manage hardware assets effectively.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced IT environment and meet deployment deadlines.
Bonus points if you have :
Experience working in a Tech support role / Government sector environment (a plus, but not required).
