job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssist customers in the store / yard & over the phone Present products & Describe features, benefits & specifications Provide support & make recommendations applicable to customers' needs Resolve customer inquiries, issues, or concerns Set follow-up appointments & keep customers aware of latest developments of orders Assist customers with loading merchandise Coordinate with Dispatch, Purchasing, A / R, etc. throughout the sales process Enter transactions into Point-of-Sales software including quotes, orders, special orders & invoices Develop current sales with existing customers & generate new business with potential customers Assist with inventory maintenance Other related duties and / or projects may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis Customer service Relationship development & management Ability to prioritize & multi-task Ability to work individually & as part of a team Organized & Self-motivated Basic computer knowledge Ability to do basic math, Read instructions & Complete forms Knowledge of building materials encouraged Spanish-Speaking a Plus! 18 years or older Physical Ability to Move Large, Bulky and / or Heavy Merchandise (Up to 80 lbs.)
