THE OPPORTUNITY :

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to support our middle-market, commercial accounts. Our service team plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies.

You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our and other general, account-service functions.

Responsibilities :

• manage the entire account-service process
• market to carriers
• prepare quotes and proposals
• maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders
• issue certificates
• process endorsements
• assist with audits
• coordinate premium financing and the collection of premiums

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE :

You are perfect for this opportunity if you

• hold a high school diploma / GED (college degree strongly preferred)
• have at least 5+ years of related commercial lines insurance experience within a brokerage environment
• are currently licensed in good standing
• have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
• are computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

Disclosure required under applicable municipal regulations in NY and NJ, as well as the law in Colorado, California and Washington states : The expected salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000 / yr and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
