Program Management Analyst, Lead
Key Role :
Lead a high visibility defense project as a Deputy Program Manager and provide management and oversight of next generation CJADC2 capabilities and services to a multitude of senior defense clients under the direct supervision of the program manager.
Establish and manage the program’s cost, scope, schedule, risk, and quality delivery of capabilities, services, and deliverables asso cia ted with the work.
Work with supporting teams, including architects, engineers, data integration, military SMEs, and Agile professionals, to ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services throughout the period of performance.
Provide input to executive-level reports delivered to the clients on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis around cost, schedule, scope, and quality metrics and service objectives.
Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders on project statuses, working sessions, te chn ical exchange meetings, and milestone reviews.
Lead a large team, including overseeing staff, scheduling, and client deliverables. Develop and train project leads and project expediters to grow and enhance their expertise as project managers.

Basic Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in a DoD, intelligence, or aerospace environment
- 5+ years of experience working as a Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager
- Experience working directly with government and military members
- Knowledge of DoD staff processes
- TS / SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Project Management Professional ( PMP ) Certification
Additional Qualifications :
- Experience with sof tware development or te chn ical work
- Knowledge of sof tware development processes and tools such as Jira or Scrum
- Knowledge of Agile Development or Product Management
Clearance :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
