RDI Corporation’s marketing team operates as an internal marketing agency, overseeing RDI Marketing and a diverse portfolio of small businesses across various industries.

We treat each business with the care and strategic approach of a stand-alone brand, ensuring significant impact and growth.

Our small business team currently consists of two marketing specialists and one graphic designer, and we're seeking an experienced Small Business Marketing Manager to drive execution and provide hands-on mentorship.

Job Summary

The Small Business Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing marketing strategies and providing mentorship to junior staff across our portfolio of small businesses.

This role focuses on implementing marketing plans, managing day-to-day activities, and developing the skills of team members.

Experience working in a marketing agency or managing multiple brands simultaneously is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership with Impact

  • Lead by example, implementing marketing strategies for our portfolio of small businesses.
  • Mentor two junior specialists with hands-on guidance, fostering creativity, accountability, and growth.

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Own the execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Manage content calendars for multiple brands, ensuring alignment with each brand’s goals and timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support to optimize campaigns for performance across all digital channels.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with digital marketing tools (social media schedulers, Google Analytics, SEO tools, email platforms, etc.).
  • Proven experience executing successful multi-channel campaigns for multiple brands or within an agency environment is required.
  • Mentor junior team members on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Marketing Campaign Management

  • Translate strategic marketing initiatives into actionable plans for small businesses.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from development to execution and performance analysis.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving market needs and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Stakeholder & Performance Management

  • Communicate campaign performance to stakeholders and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with proven success in managing and executing multi-channel campaigns (across social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing).
  • Experience working in a marketing agency or managing multiple brands simultaneously is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring and leading junior marketing professionals through direct, hands-on support.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools (such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media scheduling, and email platforms) to optimize campaigns and track performance.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with small businesses or managing multiple brands.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
