Essential Responsibilities :
- Data entry and research
- Answering phone calls and addressing any guest inquiries through telephone, guest messaging, email, and walk-in traffic
- Taking and inputting reservations through the company software
- Interact with guests in office
- Maintaining positive and professional guest relations
- Communicate effectively with team
- Maintaining knowledge of property locations, amenities, services, pricing, and unit layouts
- Adhering to company policies, rules, and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Required Skills & Competencies :
- Hospitality, customer service, or reservationist experience encouraged but not required
- Computer experience skills required
- Excellent communication / organizational skills required
- Excellent guest / customer service skills required
- Ability to handle fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional environment
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
- Must be willing to work MOD when needed
Desired Skills & Competencies :
Experience within the field preferred.
Physical Requirements :
- Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
- Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Exert + pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and stand most of the time
- Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
