Responsibilities
Incumbents in this position shall comply with all applicable laws and rules including the Dignity Health Standards of Conduct and Dignity Health policies and procedures that apply to his / her job responsibilities, shall seek guidance when in doubt, promptly report any potential or suspected violation of Dignity Health Standards of Conduct, Dignity Health policy or procedure or applicable laws / regulations and when requested, assist Dignity Health personnel in investigating all allegations of violation.
Incumbents shall refrain from involvement in illegal, unethical or otherwise improper acts, and understand and accept consequences for failure to comply with Dignity Health Standards of Conduct.
Incumbents shall meet training requirements within designated timelines assigned. When called upon, incumbents shall assist in risk evaluation and work collaboratively with facility / entity leaders to implement, monitor and mitigate risk corrective plans outlined by the Compliance program.
Qualifications
Minimum :
Experience working in the community.
High School Diploma / GED
Ability to work independently set priorities and manage work within timeframes read and analyze technical material communicate effectively verbally and in writing positive mental attitude.
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle highly confidential information essential. Must be computer literate.
Will complete Community Health Worker (CHW) or Promotoras training within a year of hire.
