1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing franchise with a new opportunity in Woodinville. We are seeking customer service-oriented team members, who appreciate a family atmosphere! We offer a competitive base salary as well as a fantastic commission plan.
We are looking for experienced service plumbers.
- Qualifications :
- When given state-of-the-art equipment, able to consistently generate a minimum of $40,000 in revenue per month while performing excellent work.
- Have a PL01 or PL02 License (preferred but not required)
- Great driving record (less than 2 moving violations in 12 month period) with the ability to bring a driver abstract upon interview
- Must be able to attend paid training in Cincinnati for one week
- Able to perform daily responsibilities listed below :
- Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
- Ability to answer the phone quickly
- Perform excellent customer service
- Educate customer on work being performed
- Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle
- Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies
- Most importantly, be the team member everyone wants to work with!
- Compensation
- Salary plus bonuses - can achieve between $90,000 and $130,000
