- Experienced in Product lines (pavers, stone, block, brick, fireplaces, etc)
- Ensure the best customer experience within the sales team by aligning with the company's Purpose, Mission, Strategy, and Core Values.
- Communicate effectively with external and internal customers, managing local sales and coordinating with the Operations Team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration across core product groups in greater COLUMBUS OHIO
- Set strategic initiatives for growth through new products, territory expansion, and service offerings.
- Manage the sales team to key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and focused customer targets.
- Track projects and initiatives effectively, ensuring safety compliance.
- Act as a working manager with key accounts as needed.
- Maintain dashboards related to weekly and monthly sales benchmarks.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships in the greater Columbus area.
- Prepare status reports, monitor budgets, contractors, schedules, and maintain electronic databases.
- Work towards creating an exciting showroom and product mix to attract customers.

- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Experience in leading outside and inside sales teams, preferably in the building materials or construction industries.
- Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
- Must have contact list with GC, Architects, Home builders etc.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic plans and sales goals independently.
- Proficiency in understanding product technical requirements, drawings, financial analytics, and pricing strategies.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% in Central Ohio (Greater Columbus Oh) with minimal overnight stays.
- Must have a valid driver's license and meet safe driving eligibility requirements under the company fleet insurance plan.
