Job Description :
- Manage the CNA team :
- Oversee CNA scheduling and other daily operations
- Train / mentor new hires
- Provide ongoing training as needed
- Assist management with interviewing & hiring new CNA team members
- Provide operations reports to management as required
- Patient treatment required on an as-needed basis, depending on the staff needs / availability.

Requirements :
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Adaptable, innovative
- 2+ years of CNA experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- High School Diploma
- Solid knowledge of long-term care local, state, and federal laws and guidelines
