The ideal candidate will have three to six years’ experience in Employment and Labor Law.
- Committed to client service, a quick learner, and have strong writing, organizational, and communication.
- The candidate must have litigation experience, preferably on defense side of employment cases, class action / PAGA cases including managing written discovery, and preparing for depositions.
Requirements :
- Excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in taking depositions, hearing attendance and trial preparation.
- Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Live in California.
