Established hospitality company is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive the hotel's success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee budget management, financial reporting, and cost control.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
