Hotel General Manager Requirements :
- Minimum of 3-5 years as a Hotel General Manager with experience in a boutique, lifestyle, or higher concept full-service property
- F&B experience
- Proven track record of success in STR, GSS, forecast / budget accuracy and revenue management
- Extensive knowledge of brand standards and rewards programs
