Summary
Under the supervision of the Charge Nurse :
Exemplifies outstanding customer service in observing individual resident schedules and preferences
Provides assistance with activities of daily living
Effectively implements, communicates, and documents resident care
Qualifications / Requirements
Completion of the 75-hour nursing assistant class, in addition to passing the competency evaluation, prior to employment or within four (4) months of employment
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language

Job Type : Full-Time
Shift : 2nd Shift (2p-10p), Flexible Scheduling; approx. 32-40 hours / wk
Wage Range* : $21.00 / hr-$25.50 / hr, Negotiable (DOE)
Years of Experience Incentive Pay : $0.15 / per year, up to ten (10) years
2nd Shift Differential : $2.00 / hr
Weekend Differential : $3.00 / hr
