Insight Global is hiring Desktop Support Technicians to provide 24 / 7 support to internal employees who are providing support to those affected by Hurricane Destruction.
This technician will be required to work on-site in the requested location, and will be supported by the organization for housing.
This team receives around 50 tickets a week, through Zoho Desk. It is required that this person is proficient in the Microsoft Suite, is technically savvy, and most importantly flexible with travel as this is a boots on the ground role.
Candidates should be made aware they will undergo a full background check and drug screening upon joining the team. The expected working hours are Monday - Friday 40 hours a week 8-5 EST, with 24 / 7 on call support.
Must Haves :
- 3-5 years of experience, demonstrating IT support work
- Expert in the Microsoft Suite
- Experience with a diverse desktop environment
- Experience using a ticketing system
- Flexibility to travel and work overtime
- Willingness to learn, adaptable, nimble, creative thinkers
Nice to Have :
- Associates Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Zoho Desk Ticketing System

Target Compensation : $20-27 / hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
