Experienced in managing cross-functional teams within Agile environments and driving complex initiatives from concept to execution. Skilled in vendor management and building strategic external partnerships (preferred). Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and delivering measurable business outcomes. Adept at navigating fast-paced, evolving environments; drives innovation while managing risks and aligning product strategies with guest engagement goals. Senior Product Manager, Marketing Technology Products

The Senior Product Manager, Marketing Technology Products, will own the vision, strategy, and execution of MGM's Marketing Technology ecosystem. This pivotal leadership role will shape the future of our MarTech platforms to anticipate evolving business needs and power real-time, hyper-personalized, and seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints. As a strategic thinker, product evangelist, and cross-functional leader, the Senior Product Manager will drive innovation that enhances guest engagement, strengthens loyalty, and positions MGM as an industry leader in digital hospitality and personalized marketing.
The day-to-day responsibilities include :
- Define and communicate a clear Marketing Technology product vision aligned with business goals, guest engagement strategies, and market trends.
- Develop and manage a multi-year product strategy and roadmap with measurable outcomes, prioritized initiatives, and defined delivery timelines.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across business, engineering, legal, privacy, and vendor teams to drive end-to-end product development and go-to-market execution.
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while guiding Agile delivery processes (e.g., scrums, sprint demos).
- Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, ROI, and guest satisfaction, adjusting roadmap as needed based on data and feedback.
- Continuously monitor market trends, emerging MarTech innovations, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Act as the product evangelist, championing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement while serving as the voice of the product to all stakeholders.
