Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Product Manager to join our Marketing Technology team where you’ll be part of a team that is passionate about personalization and AI-driven marketing solutions to help our guests create memorable experiences.
In this role, you will be collaborating closely with teams across digital to develop and scale products and services that are leveraged by our marketing teams to deliver exceptional experiences to guests.
This is a highly technical position, and the right candidate should be passionate about learning how things work under the hood and be comfortable getting in the weeds with engineers to build creative and scalable solutions.

The Role
The person in this role will be overseeing a part of the marketing technology team’s platform and services that are responsible for delivering personalized experiences to the guests.
As a member of the team, you will help us to achieve our goal of delivering the right content to the right person at the right time.
You are a person who is passionate about gaining a deep understanding of how things work under the hood.
- Define, maintain, and execute the product roadmap
- Communicate effectively across the organization
- Work cross-functionally to integrate products and services across the digital ecosystem
- Develop, maintain, and enhance services responsible for content delivery and data collection
- Track and report on performance against OKRs
Qualifications
Experience Required :
- 5+ years of experience in product management in the data, marketing, and customer engagement product space
- Technical acumen and ability to understand technical concepts (APIs, ETL, service-oriented architecture, etc.)
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders from various functions
Experience Preferred :
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science or technical related field
- Experience working with APIs and other service layer technology
- Experience with personalization or other AI-based services
- Experience with marketing platforms or other content delivery solutions
