Job Title : HVAC Helper
Job Description
We are seeking an HVAC Helper to join our award-winning team in Siouxland. In this role, you will leverage your HVAC skills to troubleshoot, diagnose, install, and service a variety of HVAC equipment.
You will be dispatched from your house to different locations in and around the Sioux City area to perform scheduled (and unscheduled) preventative maintenance inspections and service requests.
This is a direct placement position that offers a range of benefits and a competitive pay scale.
You will be given a company cell phone, company vehicle, and company computer to perform all assigned job duties. You will get paid for your drive time to and from scheduled and unscheduled appointments.
Job duties are assigned but not limited to the following :
- Troubleshooting HVAC systems
- Diagnosing HVAC equipment issues
- Servicing commercial and industrial HVAC equipment
- Performing customer service to all clients
- Utilize computer programs through diagnostics of the company
Pay / Benefits
- $52,000 - $83,200 (depending on experience)
- Blue Cross Blue Shield benefits package
- 401k with company match up to 6%

- Once you get trained and up to speed, helpers can sell products and get commision
Hours
Monday thru Friday, 7am-5pm (some OT is possible)
