Position Overview : We are seeking a candidate to join ourclient's team as a Supply Chain and Logistics Associate.The primary focus of this role will be to manage demand planningincluding purchasing and transferring inventory between warehouses.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated detailoriented andhave a strong background in demand planning. Proficiency in GoogleSheets / Excel excellent communication skills and the ability to makeindependent decisions are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and organize data for Google Sheets to ensureaccurate and uptodate information for decisionmaking.
- Review and analyze demand planning suggestions andexceptions generated by automated Google Sheetsformulas.
- Make informed decisions on inventorypurchasing and transfer orders based on data analysis.
- Maintain and enhance complex formulas and conditionalformatting in Google Sheets / Excel.
- Communicateeffectively with factories regarding orders and orderexceptions.
- Coordinate with warehouses onpurchase order receipts and inventory discrepancies.
- Drive inventory efficiency and accuracy.
- Assess and handle overstocked inventory to optimizewarehouse space and minimize holding costs.
- Assist in general administrative tasks asneeded.
Qualifications :
- 3years of experience with inventory management and demandplanning.
- Must have experience withNetSuite.
- High proficiency in GoogleSheets / Excel including the ability to read / write complex formulasand understand conditional formatting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problemsolvingskills.
- Fully fluent in English with clear andeffective communication abilities.
- Strongindependent decisionmaking skills and accountability for actionstaken.
- Familiarity with ShipStation and AmazonVendor Central is a plus.
