Job Title : Director of Rehab Long Term Care Facility (Texas)
Location : Ft. Worth, Arlington and DFW area

Key Responsibilities :
Manage and coordinate rehab services (PT, OT, ST) for residents.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of therapists.
Develop and implement rehab programs tailored to individual resident needs.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional resident care.
Requirements :
Certification in Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Speech Therapy (ST).
Leadership experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing setting is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
