Salary : $125 135k plus bonus
Hybrid : 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Overview : Accounting Manager opening with a prestigious, stable and growing Family Office based in Middlesex County, NJ.
CPA with 5+ years of accounting experience desired.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the month-end close, reconciliation of internal accounts, and financial statement preparation for investment holding entities, trusts, and foundations.
- Review monthly, quarterly, annual reports.
- Review daily bank and brokerage account cash activities.
- Oversee the reconciliation of investment activity.
- Oversee bank and brokerage account activities.
- Review cash flow projections.
- Serve as point person for annual financial audits.
- Review pro forma and other financial reports.
- Lead special projects for Senior Management.
- Partner with high-net-worth individuals and families with the utmost confidentiality.
- Provide a high-level of personal financial services to high-net-worth individuals and families.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- CPA.
- Public accounting experience highly preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Family office or Fund Accounting experience preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
