Senior Business Analyst- Logistics & Transportation

Are you ready for an exhilarating role within the Titan Transformation program at Schneider Electric? We're seeking a dynamic Senior Logistics / Transportation Business Analyst to spearhead the deployment of SAP across our North America plants.

What will you do?

• Lead the identification of Logistics / Transportation business requirements and develop customer story backlog for SAP
• Act as a Change Agent, facilitating resolution of issues between legacy and future state ERP systems
• Ensure transfer of SAP knowledge to key users, data owners, and local management teams
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and capture user feedback
• Drive continuous process improvement efforts through research, data analysis, and problem-solving
• Lead business requirement gathering to deliver substantial business value
• Act as a business representative for the program, with an in-depth understanding of current Logistics / Transportation processes and systems

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

• Strong data analysis skills and system experience with SAP TM, TMS, Manhattan WMS, GTS
• Change management and communication skills
• Leadership and management skills
• Ability to balance a workload while working on multiple priorities
• Aptitude in learning and working in new IT systems

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration preferred
• 3-5 years of work experience in logistics, shipping, transportation
• Knowledge of outbound shipping processes for manufacturing plants and distribution centers
• Experience with ETO / CTO / MTO / MTS Shipping Flows
