- Performs administrative functions for assigned areas / departments.

- Job Responsibilities
- Receives, screens, routes and responds to incoming telephone calls. Takes accurate messages and ensurestimely delivery.
May be required to schedule appointments.
- May be required to enter demographic, employer or insurance data into various systems timely andaccurately.
- Communicates and interacts effectively with all contacts which may include guests, patients, physicians,employers and their office staff.
- Complies with privacy and confidentiality policies when communicating with callers and guests.
- May be required to take patient vitals and room patients as needed.
- May be required to assist and support all retail functions of center and ensures accuracy with facility access,transactions, and delivery of information.
Effectively balances cash drawer.
- May be required to collect co-payments and other fees for services during registration. Reconcile co-paymentsand cash receipts at the end of each shift.
- Maintains accurate and complete records for all clients ensuring checks and balances.
- May be required to assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and the stocking of supplies.
- May be required to assist in promotional programs and coordination of programs and special events asappropriate.
- Education
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required. At least 2 years of college and / orbusiness school preferred.
- Licensure / Certification / Registration
- None required.
- Work Experience
- 0 to 4 years progressive experience in a related field required. At least 1 year experience in Customer Servicepreferred.
- Skills and Attributes
- Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Works under minimal supervision. Must be able to workin a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
