WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to meet the growing demand for Gastroenterology care in our Franciscan Physician Network Gastroenterology Clinic in Lafayette, IN.

WHAT WE NEED :

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients.

Provider will need to work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT :

Practice Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m.

Schedule : 36 hours of patient contact, along with 4 hours of admin work

Time split between clinic and hospital

Average inpatient volume : varies

Average outpatient volume : 12 - 15 per day

Great support staff of RNs & MAs

Strong mentorship available from senior physician leadership

Strong referral base : On average 75 -100 per week for general GI

In-Network Oncology Services offering full spectrum, wrap around services

Qualifications :

• Master's Degree - Required
• Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) - Required - or
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
