Advanced Practice Provider - Occupational Medicine

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider who specializes in Occupational Medicine to join our team at our Franciscan WorkingWell Clinic in Lafayette, Indiana.

WHAT WE NEED :

Candidate will have ACLS / BLS certifications and will be able to see all patient types. Occupational Medicine experience of 2 years is preferred, but not required.

Candidate should be comfortable with workmans compensation injuries, Department of Transportation physicals, musculoskeletal injuries, and other work-related injuries or services.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT :

• Practice Hours : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. - 7 : 00 p.m.
• Flexible provider schedule; No weekends or holidays
• Provide virtual support to outreach locations in Western and Central Indiana
• Average outpatient volume : 17 - 22 patients per day
• Telehealth offered
• On-site training required in Indianapolis for up to 6 weeks; Mileage will be reimbursed
• Common Diagnoses :
• Exposures
• Lacerations
• Musculoskeletal injuries
• Pre-employment, DOT, and Non-DOT physicals
• Sprain and Strains

Qualifications :

• Master's Degree - Required
• Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) - Required - or
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
