Description & Highlights
Community Health Network is currently seeking a board-certified Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine trained advanced practice provider for opportunities to practice Urgent Care in our MedCheck walk-in clinics throughout Indianapolis and central Indiana.
Ideal candidates will be flexible and have excellent communication skills. Staffed by on-site physicians, advanced practice providers, and nurses, MedCheck provides affordable medical care for non-emergency adult and child injuries and illnesses.
- Outpatient only
- Seven clinics throughout Indianapolis
- Clinics are open from 9 : 00am 9 : 00pm
- Part-time and full-time opportunities
- Requires two twelve hour shifts per week and rotating weekends
- Electronic Medical Record System (EPIC)

Experience
Minimum two years of emergency room or urgent care experience as an advanced practice provider is required. Ability to demonstrate high level of skill in suturing and splinting is also required.
Strong comfort level with pediatrics is required.
