Your Career
As the Manager, Global Onboarding, you will be responsible for managing the Global Onboarding Team and guiding the team to achieve the following :
- Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, payroll, and other functional teams to achieve an efficient, accurate & high touch new hire experience throughout the offer and onboarding process.
- Provide proactive guidance & communication to candidates, team members, and hiring managers as it relates to the logistics, timing & legal requirements of the hiring and onboarding process.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity and experience of the offer through onboarding process by managing offer approvals, validating data integrity, managing start date changes, proactively communicating to involved stakeholders, and ensuring a delightful candidate experience.

Your Impact
- Utilize internal resources (such as ServiceNow, the ATS, and Workday) to measure success metrics and ensure the team remains on track to achieve milestones.
- Provide training, support, and guidance on systems, tools, and processes on an ongoing basis to their team, and ensure they are using these tools effectively through documentation and live training opportunities.
- Continue the evolution the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience as the volume grows over time.
- Working closely with the Staffing Operations Manager on weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and provide input on gaps / areas of improvement as well as viable solutions.
- Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires by ensuring all aspects of onboarding are completed accurately and timely including communication to new hires and accurate onboarding data in Workday, SmartRecruiters, and other relevant systems.
- Personally oversee and coordinate onboarding for Executives and HR personnel.
- Manage a team of Specialists with a high volume of offer generation and onboarding tasks; identify training needs, and provide feedback on a regular basis to coordinate professional development for each.
- Guide day-to-day decisions and course of action on critical, complex, or sensitive requests.
- Serve as a key member and active participant / leader of the Staffing Operations team, offering ideas and suggestions to help the team continue to learn and grow.
- Drive meetings that improve operational design, reporting or workflows in systems.
- Lead large team and / or org-wide projects and delegate key tasks to the team where appropriate, with a heavy emphasis on efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
- Manages and provides early intervention and support for the resolution to issues as they are identified and helps to implement long-term solutions.
- Partner with other functional People Teams to coordinate workflow and communication with key stakeholders; ensure seamless hand-off of processes and deliverables (Global Mobility, Compensation, Benefits, HR Connect, etc.).
Qualifications
Your Experience
- Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality.
- Flexible, yet highly organized and able to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented; able to connect dots to see the bigger picture of related issues and solutions.
- Proficient use of MS Office Suite or GSuite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working with all levels in an organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, dynamic environment.
- Must be able to operate with limited direction applying stellar judgement to ambiguous or unique situations.
- Experience with the following tools a plus : Workday, ServiceNow, SmartRecruiters, and DocuSign.
- Prior experience in a capacity planning role, preferably within a high-tech environment preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience as people manager.
- Strong understanding of the entire candidate / employee lifecycle, with ability to recommend process-oriented, technical, and / or operational solutions to improve the overall experience.
- Ability to thrive in an environment full of ambiguity and open-ended problems, where solutions may not always be obvious or easy to achieve.
- Enthusiasm for developing strong partnerships with both direct colleagues and extended business partners & leaders.
- General knowledge of HR functions including benefits, payroll, and recruiting.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales / com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $123,400 / yr to $199,550 / yr.
The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
