Description
Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Provide strategic direction and guidance on technology investments and innovations within the hospitality sector.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Manage the IT budget, resources, and staffing to ensure efficient operation and high performance.
Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of hospitality management systems, including property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS) systems, reservations systems, and other related technologies.
Ensure seamless integration of various IT systems to optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Develop and implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect guest data, company information, and IT systems.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to IT and data security.
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in the hospitality industry.
Drive innovation initiatives to enhance guest experiences, operational efficiencies, and revenue growth.
Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring effective partnerships and service delivery.
Negotiate contracts, oversee vendor performance, and manage vendor relationships to achieve strategic objectives.
Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and align IT initiatives accordingly.
Communicate IT strategy, initiatives, and results to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Additional Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
10+ years hospitality experience in a leadership role for multi-property, multi-state organization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
An analytical thinker who demonstrates a passion for process improvement

Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $185,000 / annual - $200,000 / annual.
