Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost
- Report job status and updates to the Director of Project Management, clients, top management, and other stakeholders
- Manage the relationship with the client and all other stakeholders
- Perform risk management analysis
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meeting with top management and clients to identify project requirements, delivery, timelines, and other due dates
- Monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery
- Work effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation
- Develop excellent leadership, customer relations, and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of project management experience (Required)
- Extensive experience working in a project management setting in the sign industry (Strongly preferred)
- PMP, CMP, or other certificate in project management (Preferred)
