Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven experienced Senior Manager, Digital Partner Sales to lead our Third-Party Digital Affiliate Provider (DAP) sales initiatives, including oversight of their Search Engine Marketing (SEM) programs.
In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies with DAPs and develop SEM strategies to enhance our digital presence, drive Fiber and DSL sales orders, and revenue streams.
As a Senior Manager, Digital Partner Sales, your duties and responsibilities will include :
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the overall strategy for DAP sales channels, including identifying key partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring alignment with company objectives which includes both sales and SEM strategies
- Sales Management : Lead a high-performing team responsible for driving sales orders and revenue through third-party DAPs, managing relationships, and optimizing sales processes
- Third Party Sales Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive SEM and other third-party traffic generating strategies to align to required traffic KPIs.
Work with partners to constantly optimize customer experiences during learn, shop and buy process
- Sales Journey Optimization : Deep understanding of post clicks journey and analytics, including Invoka to optimize audiences who prefer human assisted experiences
- Campaign Management : Partnering with our Third-Party DAPs, oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of SEM campaigns, ensuring they align Brightspeed SEM programs, along with budgetary and performance goals
- Analytics and Optimization : Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve SEM campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
Using data, identify opportunities to achieve sales targets. Further establish benchmarking process to optimize SEM traffic and costs across owned and operated digital channel.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Development, Tech Dev and Finance to align strategies and achieve collective goals
- Market Analysis : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience : 8+ years of a proven track record in managing third-party sales channels, preferably within the broadband industry.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing SEM campaigns.
- Leadership : Strong leadership and managerial skills with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- A nalytical Skills : Expertise in SEM analytics, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Strategic Thinker : Ability to think strategically, develop actionable plans, and drive initiatives to completion.
- Communication : Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
