Primary Care practice looking for a physical therapist to work in both of our outpatient clinics. We provide services to diverse orthopedic and neurological population and treat general outpatient orthopedic conditions, gait and balance, and numerous medical conditions.
We provide rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being by utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment and manual therapy techniques to create individualized treatment plans that assist our patients in achieving their specific goals.
Bilingual a plus.
General responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Works closely with primary care physician to determine treatment goals
- Responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of rehab services
- Maintains positive level of interactions with patients and their families and provides post treatment instruction
- Create and carry out the plan of care by using a variety of techniques and modalities
- Use devices, such as walkers, and other equipment to help patients regain movement and reduce pain.
- Use a variety of techniques, including stretching exercises and massage, to treat patients.
- Oversee the work of physical therapy assistant in both clinical and administrative roles.
