The Role :

We trade thousands of exchange listed equities in some of the most liquid markets in the world and are continuously expanding into other types of products and markets, including derivatives and bonds.

As a developer, you will be working on projects crucial to Trexquant’s needs and will have the opportunity to take on ownership and build something from the ground up, as well as display your creativity.

As a member of the Infrastructure team at Trexquant, you will be :

• Developing back-testing simulators and internal research tools that allow researchers to engage in signal research
• Build software infrastructure to generate and evaluate tens of thousands of signals in real-time
• Improving the scale and performance of our medium-frequency statistical arbitrage infrastructure by improving the platform and code.
• Continuing expansion of our low-latency trading system (data feeds, exchange connectivity, etc) to new asset classes

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of hands-on development experience in Python or C++
• Process-driven with strong attention to detail
• Adaptability to changing environment and shifting priorities.
• Prior development experience in fault-tolerant or data intensive applications is a plus.
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
