Your Job :

The Brooks Marketing Operations team is responsible for setting up and maintaining overarching workflows, processes, systems, tools, and RACIs that direct how our cross-functional marketing teams interact daily to deliver operational and workflow efficiencies.

As the Marketing Operations Project Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day support of special projects and initiatives for Marketing Operations with a keen focus on driving operational excellence across the greater Marketing department.

You will have strong project management experience, a passion for continuous process improvement, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

You will be a quick learner, excel at communication, and can work within a complex organizational structure.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage special projects and initiatives in support of the Marketing Operations function
  • Develop, organize, maintain, and evangelize department procedures and best practices
  • Partner with internal creative team, external agencies, regional project, and marketing managers, to develop and manage project timelines for marketing campaigns, ensuring key regional and channel stakeholders provide feedback at designated gates and are kept well informed of progress
  • Influence processes for improving business planning, cross functional communication, work integration and teamwork between partners from cross-functional departments to achieve KPIs
  • Develop and manage strong relationships across all assigned businesses and teams to support execution of campaign work and optimize processes to further meet / exceed Brooks standards of excellence
  • Partner with cross functional teams to track success metrics and program performance measures to evaluate program effectiveness and to integrate into future initiatives
  • Develop and maintain project management tools to ensure cross-functional alignment and efficiency
  • Lead project status reporting and meetings to keep marketing campaigns and key project stakeholders on track and aligned, providing transparency to risks and issues that require stakeholder support
  • Manage risks for the duration of each project, actively tracking risks and working with project team to ensure risk mitigation plans are in place and activated if necessary
  • Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle
  • Maintain standard project management documentation and metrics
  • Gather details to report on project budget and milestones to provide status reports to project stakeholders
  • Assign individual project responsibilities and resource requirements; enforce accountability of tasks and deadlines
  • Understand and implement process improvement methodologies to initiate initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain knowledge of internal and external best practices related to project and process management

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related profession
  • 3+ years project and / or program management experience, ideally in marketing
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies
  • Proactive, self-start with an ability to work through ambiguity
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Clear and articulate communication both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to handle multiple projects and workstreams of various sizes, moving simultaneously at varying speeds
  • Experience engaging and collaborating with outside partners and vendors
  • Experience with requirements gathering and analysis
  • Ability to define objectives, scope and resources for projects extending beyond a department or business unit
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, Workfront, AirTable, SharePoint Teams Sites, wikis, and Adobe Acrobat and expertise with project management software tools and software

Compensation : The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $$78,603 - $117,956 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
